This striking-looking building is located on the Dorgelolaan, along the railway line near Eindhoven central station and the TU/e campus. This building with 12000 m² of rentable office space consists 9 U-shaped floor plans with an enclosed atrium and entrance. Employees and visitors can on-site parking on the lower two parking levels and on the adjacent car park. The facades are constructed from rugged black brick with random rhythmically placed Windows. Typical are the square incisions in the side walls. Between the building to the rear and the railway line is an ECO zone with a “wet” marshy landscape whit protected newts. Currently this office building leased to KPMG.
