This building houses 4 floors, having all a magnificent view over the beautiful surroundings. AGS was also asked to indicate the possibility to house a service center. The undulation of the building follows the curvature of the lower Rhine (Nederrijn). Carefully chosen green elements reinforce the structure of the building and make the corporate character of the courtyard more pleasant. The property is currently being used by CCV Holland B.V. AGS has won this Design & Building competition with Wijnen Bouw Oost.
