Library, theatre, office space, residential tower and parking garage in the center of IJsselmonde. The project is part of the revitalization of the city centre of IJsselmonde. Together with the other subprojects, the building will create a new plaza in the centre of IJsselmonde. AGS Architects designed the library, theatre, office space, residences and a parking garage. A remarkable feature of the building is the 90 meter high residential tower which constitutes a landmark in the environment.
