The objective of the revitalization of a typical 70s building in the city-centre of Wageningen was to link the library to the city of Wageningen.

Natural daylight, an overall view and transparancy were essential. The library had to be serving, informative, easy accesible and appealing to attract new readers. In its branche, the innovated library was proclaimed to be as Best Practice .
