Construction of Carrefour Residence in Geleen starts

In Geleen, the official starting signal was given on Monday for the construction of a new apartment complex.
Residentie Carrefour will soon be built close to the intersection of Rijksweg Noord and Geleenbeeklaan. “This unique project includes luxury apartments and penthouses, situated in a special location where city, nature, people and care come together. Here, living pleasure is taken to a higher level, and living wishes become reality”, Milcon Immo announced in a promotional text. In the presence of representatives of Milcon Immo, Habenu-van de Kreeke, AGS Architects and Boek en Offermans, alderman Leon Geilen performed the starting act by removing the first bit of soil with an excavator. The 2 penthouses and 14 of the 19 apartments that comprise the complex have now been sold. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2026.
