Kerkrade d’r Pool
AGS Architects was commissioned by Arcus Zuid to create the winning design for the redevelopment of the area of the former swimming pool d’r Pool in Kerkrade.

The plan includes the new construction of an apartment building with 41 apartments, an Urban Villa consisting of 9 apartments and 10 town homes. With the new use of the site, a parking garage will be created under the apartment building, part of the Urban Villa and town homes.
