Progress renovation Shopping center Brusselsepoort Maastricht
After the starting on April 2, 2019, the renovation of the Brusselsepoort shopping center in Maastricht is in full swing.

The new contours of the shopping center are slowly becoming visible both inside and outside. The renovation on the Artsenijstraat side has already been completed, complete with a new entrance, expansion of retail units and a car park. The new entrance on the Mercatorplein side will be completed at the end of 2022 and the new spacious supply court with new loading docks will be completed at the rear.
The interior of the shopping arcades has been largely stripped and new storefronts have been installed in consultation with the tenants and the ceilings have been renewed.
The renovation of the basement was completed in June 2023.
