The complex consists of twenty spacious apartments plus two penthouses located on the Pastoor Chappinstraat, oriented to the Vijverweg and the rowing pond in the city park of Sittard. AGS Architects has been able to develop this extremely luxurious apartment building in collaboration with Milcon-Immo and Habenu-van de Kreeke Bouw BV.
